About the entrusted operation

After receiving your request, we will receive the necessary data and create a proposal after testing the property on-site, so it usually takes one and a half to two months.

There is no charge for creating an estimate (it’s free), so please feel free to contact us.

We will respect the wishes of the owner. If you wish to continue working, you will be transferred to our company and will continue to work.

The advantage of leasing is that you can receive a fixed lease fee regardless of the management status of the hotel business. The advantage of management contracts is that you can receive all of the profits when the hotel business becomes profitable. We ask owners to consider the contract type depending on their situation.

About hotel operations

The contract period is decided in consultation with the owner. In addition, we will hold meetings with the owner to discuss the details of hotel operations until the management contract is concluded and you are satisfied with the details. We will conclude the contract on the best terms for both companies.

First, we analyze and verify the current hotel itself and the surrounding environment, and then create a business plan based on that. To give a specific example, we review sales channels for room sales and strengthen sales strategies on the Internet. For food, beverages, and banquets, we review advertising methods and conduct target analysis in order to find good customers in the neighborhood.

We will handle all tasks that lead to increased sales and reduced expenses, such as marketing and sales promotion planning and execution, pricing policy, menu policy, facility management, accounting management, and financial management, to optimize operations.
